"Pros: The apartment was super spacious and had everything you needed for a stay with friends. It was spotlessly clean. There was plenty of storage space for hanging clothes in the hallway, two bathrooms - double sink in one with bath and shower. This was great with four women sharing! One of the bedrooms had a sofa area within it, so it was really like an apartment within a room! The lounge and kitchen area is open plan with a large table and chairs.
The atmosphere in the main square was lovely due to the Christmas market being there. There are plenty of food outlets to suit all tastes, lots of lovely stalls to explore that sold baubles, gingerbread, ceramics etc. People were polite and courteous even though it did get very busy. It was great to try the local cuisine, dumplings and fried cabbage. Great choice for meat eaters too.
There are ample restaurants and bars in the local area if you venture off down the side streets and try the local Polish cafes. Plenty of Vodka bars too.
The location was fantastic for visiting the square and Krakow itself. There is a reasonably priced Turkish restaurant next door that sells lovely pizzas. There are plenty of bakeries in the neighbouring area too if you like fresh croissants, lots of English pubs too if you like to watch football.
There was great communication with the host.
Cons: If I was being really picky, I would have preferred a slightly firmer mattress." ~Rebecca
