There is a small balcony where you can stay and chill and there is a parking spot next to the apartment. The kitchenette is stocked with enough if you need to cook something, and there is also a washing machine. Cons: The ceiling upstairs where the bed is located is indeed low, and the parking entrance is narrow, having to go through the building and all." ~Magda
