"Pros: The apartment was very clean and came with everything required for a stay. The location is ideal, very close to the centre, with a shop less than a minute away. Accessing the flat was easy, as you only need two pin codes as opposed to a key. However you're at risk of being locked out if your phone dies and you can't reach the codes that were sent in an email. Overall, nothing too flashy, the flat looks very soviet. Came with all the necessities, cutlery, plates, towels, spare bedding, and so on, ideal for an extended stay as you have the benefit of a fridge, and an electric stove. Cons: My only real complaint is that I reached an agreement with the person on booking.com that I would leave the property at 2pm as my flight was at 4pm, however I was kicked out at 12." ~Woody

"Pros: - Clear instructions for check-in. - Spacious apartment with what you need. - Location is good, I like a short walk to the centre. - Great shower options. - Multiple heating and cooling devices. - Generally quiet. - TV has Netflix and YouTube. - Sofa was very deep and quite comfy. Cons: - The cleaning wasn't done as well as it could have been; there were some nuts between the cushions of the sofa, some cutlery wasn't clean, and there were a bunch of towels left in the washing machine. - The night going into Independence Day, the apartment next door kept me awake the entire night (they stopped partying at 8am and my wall banging achieved nothing but mocking laughter from the resident Poles). - The dishwasher tab doesn't work, at least not in eco mode. Which freshened things up but didn't clean them - explaining why the existing cutlery wasn't clean clean. A change of tab could solve this. - I contacted mgmt regarding next door and they didn't seem to care; kinda hands-off and didn't ask why I was enquiring. They were great when it came to getting into the place, however. - The duvet is smaller than the bed, with the latter getting more uncomfortable the longer I stayed - good luck trying to find a mattress in Krakow that isn't brick-like. - Some mirror lightbulbs need changing. - Just two small loo rolls for ten days." ~Michael
