"Pros: Pomelo is truly a special place. Located in a quiet village at the edge of Don Khone Island, it gives a peaceful experience. Yong and Tan were lovely hosts, — they took very good care of us. Each morning began with the best pancakes on the island, prepared by Yong, and one of our evenings ended with pizza and sharing stories with them. The bungalow is very spacious and d with views of Cambodia. Staying here also gave us an insight into the local way of life. With a bike or scooter, exploring both islands is very easy, though we found a scooter to be the best option when returning to the guesthouse after dark. Very special place and stay if you are looking for avoiding over tourism :) Cons: We honestly liked everything. Do not expect big luxury— just a tiny part of what local life is like around the area :)" ~Eva
