"Pros: This is an actual excellent stay. You get a lot of hotels rated 10/10 and still not meeting the excellent standards. We loved everything about our stay at Residence Bassac. We stayed in the duplex room which was gorgeous and super comfortable. The downstairs had a nice desk, sofa, and toilet. Upstairs was great with very comfortable bed and really nice high quality bedding with access to nice balcony. Huge thanks to the cleaning staff who were remarkable! We don’t know your names but we are very grateful for your care and attention during our stay. THANK YOU! Also, the restaurant and front desk staff were super helpful and friendly.
