"Pros: They picked up our luggage at the pier when we arrived, and delivered it at the pier when we left. We were upgraded to a room with balcony without any extra costs. We had to leave 6.30 in the morning for the slow boat, they made take-away breakfast, which included warm omelets. Mmm.
