"Pros: Most certainly location, it was right in the centre which made it easy and convenient for us. Staff were very friendly. We left personal possessions behind after checkout and were contacted by the property advising us, which in my opinion shows the transparency. On the booking.com it stated that bedding and towels are at extra fee, I can confirm that it must be an error because these are included in the price.
Cons: You get what you pay for. Given the room price I did not have high expectations to begin with so there were no disappointments. Yes property is a little dated in some areas such as room keys and bathroom, squeaky floors and doors, physical application form on arrival, but if you look past that it’s a lovely clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff."

"Pros: Breakfast was not provided but there is a local supermarket less than 10 mins walk from the apartment. The apartment met the needs of our group of three. We did not use the apartment during the day as we were attending a conference in Kandava. Free WiFi and sauna were a bonus!
Cons: It was not possible to lock the main entrance door to the apartment block which remained open during the day and night. We could lock our apartment door with the key provided but there was a strong smell of cats in the common areas. The door for the kitchen rubbish bin was broken and some of the furniture was a bit old."
