"Pros: Apartment is newly renovated - all furniture is classic style, although good quality. But then you look outside - you see old soviet union style buildings around you, and the house itself is outdated. Does not reflect the inside at all. Everything is clean. Cons: No hair dryer. No WIFI code - needed to contact host, who barely spoke English. Big pan is not applicable for the induction hob - needed to use the small one. There was only 2 sets of bed linen prepared (we ordered stay for 3 persons). Contacted host regarding this, and was agreed to deliver the third one later on that day. Although never got it during our 2 days stay - we were back from the town in the evening first night and host just disappeared - never tried to solve this issue afterwards. So imagine sleeping without it. Area itself is old-style and you feel like 30 years back - location is quite far from the centre. You can take tram, which as well sometimes just does not come, and don't expect to catch taxi very easily - there are not many of them - especially late evening. If such apartment was somewhere in the centre- would be perfect." ~Ieva

"Pros: The host was super nice when giving us the keys and showing us the place; good location; a big store was just around the corner; roomy and bright; a nice balcony; clean place; comfortable beds; nice kitchen with everything once needs to cook! Cons: Bathtub was a bit uncomfortable while the shower curtain was placed too far inside the bathtub. Shower head could not be fixed/placed on the wall." ~Mh

"Pros: For such a price it was ok. Clean rooms, nice shower, kitchen equipment (even oil, salt, tea, coffee and more). Beds were comfy enough. Cons: No air conditioning. Wifi was a tragedy - disconnecting every 2 minutes. The fridge was a bit loud - light sleepers better bring earplugs. Also the seagulls are everywhere, like dogs barking all morning, starting at 6a.m TV is not a smart TV." ~Andrius
