"Pros: The host was superb! Always helping and answering quickly to all our questions! And also giving tips to us what to do in Riga. The apartment is clean and there is three spacious bedrooms - one with an own bathroom. You can keep cars safe in the court yard behind the locked gate. Upstairs (where the kitchen, livingroom and balcony and toilet are) has also an air condition. Also in the middle floor bedroom has a/c. In the bottom level (where two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are) there's no a/c but the upper level a/c machines keep the bottom level also quite cool. Even though there was almost 30 degrees outside. Kitchen is really good and top quality equipped. Also the barbeque facilities are high end. Locatios is peaceful and the old town is reachable also by walking (approx 2 km) Cons: Kitchen has everything you need for cooking but there's no dining table where to eat. Only three bar chairs in the kitchen even though there is beds for six. Also in the balcony there's is only two chairs. There's lots of stairs in the aprtment. So if you have older people or people with leg issues in your group, notice this. There's no handrail in one of the staircases so that might be tricky to some people." ~Tiia
