"Pros: Hotel that meets expectation in terms of amenities, cleanliness and ease of access of the location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Cons: The checkin process could have been informed earlier since the checkin process involved inputting the code into a machine to get the room keys but the code was never communicated before and there was nobody at reception when I reached the hotel and had to call multiple times to get the code." ~Anagh
