"Pros: Excellent - really no complaints! This is a very nice place, in a great location for the centre of Lodz, very secure and with everything you'd need suplied. Great communication with the hosts too! Cons: The only thing that might do with tweaking, I think, is the translation of the key pick-up instructions from Polish to English, as these could be clearer - this is a Booking.com issue, rather than a host issue, though - when spoken to, the instructions make perfect sense - the translation of these provided on the Booking.com website are rather ambiguous, so maybe get your translation tech looked at, Booking.com!" ~Stephen

"Pros: It's an amazing experience to stay in a palace, and the interior has some lovely features. The room was spacious and it was very quiet. Old and dated, but Incredible to experience. No TV which was good for us. Tea, sugar, kettle and fridge in the room. No English spoken. Room was clean. Cons: The palace has no name, just number 262-264 Piotrkowska, and arriving late it's all closed up and dark. You have to telephone for someone to open the gates. Bed was hard and we used the throw under us for improved comfort. The beds could really do with a good topper. Only 2 random towels that were rough. 20 mins walk to main shops etc. but lots of trams, only 4 zloty per trip." ~Anthony
