Cons: The road leading to property has no asphalt and as we arrived in heavy rain that was a bit of a problem as there were many holes with water inside.

"Pros: Great tiny houses, well maintained, cleaned and organized. One could easily live there with kids and a dog for a few months.
The nature around is also beautiful, mesmerizing forest on the way to a nice beach.
Cons: Outside of the summer season the town lacks some grocery shops and restaurants. You have to drive for 15-20 min to get to a town with proper infrastructure."
