"Pros: The apartment has a great location, close to the city centre and a big plus is parking spot in the garage Cons: The bathroom seems to be new and looks really nice, however the toilet seat wasn’t clean and the shower does not drain properly so the water from the shower goes everywhere on the floor. You can hear your neighbors all the time because the walls are too thin, so if you’re light sleeper it might be a problem for you. Kitchen lights don’t work." ~Martin
