"Pros: Very well maintained camping along the water. Cute cabin at an affordable price. Possibility to order fresh bread and buy jam for the breakfast. Clear information ahead and during the stay. There is an assigned parking place for the cabin very close to the cabin. Cons: The cabin is small, ok for a short stay or for 2 persons so you can use the extra bed to put your stuff." ~Sandrine

"Pros: Everything. In summer, when the site is full of campers, the view from the cabin would be obscured by tents. But, end of September, when we visited, our view was green lawns sloping down to the river. Lovely. Cons: Booking.com told us it was 7 miles from Vianden. It is not. 22-24 depending which route you choose. We had planned to go the 7 miles back to Vianden for dinner, but 22 winding miles? No." ~Jacqueline

"Pros: Friendliness, service and comfort provided by the owners and it's colleagues are almost unbeatable. After mentioning that I was cold in the tent and was therefore thinking of leaving the lodge earlier, they offered me to install a gas heater. It made being in the tent more enjoyable. Several hours later I asked if a late check out was possible and they accepted. No charges were added, not for the heater neither for the late check out. The owners want you to enjoy your stay and you can only do enjoy it there. The environment is pure magic for nature and fish lovers. Dogs are welcome. Cons: Lack of pictures of: -the lodge (for example kitchen and living area), -environment, -facilities on spot and -other residences. A tiny more lightning in the kitchen corner would make it more cozy and comfortable to prepare meals." ~Anaïs
