"Pros: Beautiful apartment in a well kept building. Cons: There were few if any amenities provided. In any other stay I have booked basic amenities were provided such as hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, shampoo and body wash, dish towels, laundry detergent. Their policy is to provide one days worth of supplies and then you are on your own. They will also charge you fees if you don’t clean after yourself, but won’t give you anything to clean with. Considering how expensive this booking is, they could have easily spent a fraction of the amount it was to rent to show some basic hospitality and care for their guests. Worse yet, when we got to the apartment, the dishes in the drawers and cabinets were dirty. When we called to let them know, the cleaners came by and did nothing but put the same dishes back in the drawers or in the dishwasher, but without few dishwasher tablets to clean them with. We complained again before they finally came back and cleaned after themselves. This left a sour taste." ~Brooke
