"Pros: The apartment is super clean and nice, the view from the 12th floor is exceptional, the house and elevator and the apartment itself are easy to access.
Cons: 1) the check in time is on 3pm. I asked whether I can check in 30 mins earlier (early check in and late check out will be charged), and the staff said I yes. We entered the house at 3pm but the houskeeping wasn't done yet. The beddings haven't changed and suddenly a staff came to continue his work. We just sat there in the house watching the guy mop the floor n all coz we are too tired as I brought along my mom and pregnant wife. He left at 3:30 p.m. To make it worse, my son did fall and hit his head on the wet floor. Fortunately, nothing bad happen.
2) the parking charge is fully by TnG. Max charge overnight is RM10 (if you dont go anywhere). Mine was charged RM19 coz I went out twice. Parking fee is managed by the apartment management."
