"Pros: The service residence is exactly behind Shangri La Rasa Sayang and it's within 3mins walking distance to the beach.
Host is friendly however need to improve the facilities to accommodate travelers.
Cons: 1. The unit doesn't comes with extra pillows.
2. The TV is relatively small
3. The sofa is pretty old need to change for guest comfortability
4. There's a washing machine but no detergent, so I need to buy one.
5. Guest will be charge RM20 if we're not washing our own dish. This is weird terms & conditions. Whenever I go to hotel / resorts never encounter this T&C.
6. The interior design is not welcoming, need to upgrade."
