"Pros: The check in process is easy, the receptionist is very friendly person. Nice scene from the hotel room with lake view, I really enjoy the calm environment. The room and toilet is very spacious and clean. But the hotel room sound insulation is quite bad, because I was disturbed by the children that played at swimming pool at 6 am. Hope the management can take it as a serious issue and only open the swimming pool to guest after 8 am." ~Chai
