"Pros: Only the pool and the hot shower Cons: The pictures don't really tell the whole story. The bed sinks when trying to sleep which crushes the airway and makes it hard to breathe normally when sleeping. Random broken objects exist which could have been removed before allowing guests to arrive. Lastly, i don't blame the owners for this, but generally the location of the homestay, integrated with the mall is abhorrently confusing. Parking levels with no labels, limited one parking lot per house, the singular passway from the mall to the residence, confusing labels, the absolute behemoth of requiring passkeys everywhere you go, the limited number of passkeys per house, you don't expect a ton of work just to get to your house. Whoever designed this just likes to complicate things." ~Hizumie

"Cons: I had booked 4 units in total. The moment we checked in we noticed that they provide mattress without blanket. In their booking description they did mention has mattress. So, we try to requeste for it. But their answer is they didn't provide this service. After having call for few time only agree to provide 2 blankets. The next day, they did not check before approaching me saying we checked out late and wanted to charge us for fees. And after the checked out, they said 2 pieces of their towel missing. Again, actually they did not provide in the first place and my relatives needs to use their own towel. Another time did not check before asking. 3 days later, come again tell me their mouse missing ask me to pay for their lost. A mouse charge me for RM 50!!! In fact the whole unit did not have mouse!!! Also, the units has a very strong mole smell. Bed was not good as well. The whole journey was so bad. Even after the journey they keep asking me instead of their workers on their. They did not check properly on their workers but in fact keep saying is the customer who took it. We had no interest in taking their items. We had wedding nearby, so booked a night stay. But ended up giving me so much problem to settle with the unit. Worst accommodation I had stay in." ~Yilinlim
