"Pros: Excellent location and attentive service to see to our needs. Cons: 1. The locker system to store our luggages after checking out. There are three sizes: small, medium and large. The large one ( RM 40 for 12 hours) could take in two hand luggage. And so we thought we could take a medium locker to store the third luggage but it was too small and as result, wasted RM 20. A clearer signage to guide us would be helpful. 2. One of our two large lockers were stuck (unable to open). The security personnel came quickly to resolve the issue." ~Ida
