"Pros: Nothing as we didn't stay even show we are booked as when called the host just to make sure and they said they are overbooked and did not received the booking from Booking.com. nightmare as my money now being processed and had to wait for refund after 3 calls to booking.com. I think this is so bad from both booking .com and the host side Cons: Not a professional as allowed booking.com to let us booked the apt when it's already fully booked. Not helpful host and even spoken to booking..com money still hold. Imagine if a family with limited resources to book for holiday and no apt and no money left . That's bad." ~Hui

"Pros: Location is excellent. Easy walk across the main road to the Beach. Easy 10 min walk to restaurant etc (better to walk than to drive). Parking is easy in carpark. Two lifts. Clean and comfortable. Lovely view. Well stocked apartment with air purifier, fans and air-con Big TV with Netflix. Security guards and host were helpful. Cons: if staying for a long-time, more clothes hangers. Also while there was soap it was not handy to the sink - include a hand wash container?" ~J
