"Pros: What I like most about this homestay is its strategic location, as it is close to various essential amenities. Additionally, the homestay features a swimming pool and excellent security, making it a comfortable and safe accommodation choice. Cons: One of the things I dislike about this homestay is the in-house amenities, which are quite basic and comparable to a budget hotel. The bathroom facilities are minimal, with only a water heater provided—there is no soap, shampoo, toothbrush, or toothpaste. Even hotels in the same price range typically offer these essentials. Additionally, the TV experience was not very satisfying, as the screen was oversized, making it difficult to view subtitles properly. Moreover, there was no Netflix account provided for guests, so we had to use our own account to access Netflix content. Outside the house, another major drawback was the apartment’s elevator. The waiting time for the elevator was quite long, likely due to the high number of floors (40 floors) and frequent usage by residents. This inconvenience made it less appealing to go out, as waiting for the elevator felt like a hassle." ~Ameer
