"Pros: I came with a large family. It was great that the house has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets-showers, and a large living area and functional kitchen. The provision of the clothes washer and dryer was a bonus for us. The house was clean and pleasant.
Cons: One small complaint. The wardrobe provided was a bit too minimalist for me. There was no way we could unpack our things, so we had to live out of our suitcases mostly. Otherwise, all good!"

Cons: - The house quiet run down
- Heater not working at all the toilets
- Cobweb everywhere
- Water pressure low
- Too much of spotlights and the switches connected with Downlights which gave us too much glare
- Kitchen utensil insufficient.
- Cockroaches found at Living Hall
- Staircase has been laid with new tiles however the height has been raised and it's not user friendly especially for kids and elder people
- Its mentioned gated & guarded area unfortunately it's not.
- Some of the power sockets cannot be used."
