Pulau Redang, a marine park has been recognised as having one of the best corals and eco system in Malaysia and is a haven for avid divers and ideal for unforgetable holidays. Coral Redang is undoubtedly in a class of its own on Pasir Panjang, being one of the more luxurious resorts with hotel-style facilities, including its own swimming pool. It is located on the northern end of Pasir Panjang beach. Malaysia Airlines operates daily flights from KUALA LUMPUR to KUALA TERENGGANU (about 45 mins). Ground transfers can be arranged to take you from the airport to MERANG (about 40 mins) where the boat leaves twice daily at 09.30 am and 01.00 pm for Redang (about 1 hour). Daily overland coaches from Singapore (Lavender Street) and Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Terengganu ia also available. Arrangements can then be made to take you from Kuala Terengganu Bus Terminal to MERANG where the boats leaves for REDANG twice daily.
