"Pros: For the price you pay, it is good value and location is good, walking distance to the town centre and wet market where you buy your fresh and live seafood. Plus point is that the hotel provides many free parking lots. We got a room a Seaview room and Semporna town. We had a problem with water heater in the room which rectified quickly
Cons: The same basic local breakfast menu for 2 days (fried noodles, fried eggs, sweet chicken curry and nuggets), at least provide us some bread, jam and butter which does not cost much!"
