"Pros: The ocean suite has a nice interior design and decoration, and a wonderful ocean view. The surrounding is quiet and beautiful. My wife and son said it is 1000x better than all villas and hotel rooms he had been to. The restaurants are nice and let us experienced flavors from different styles. The fun activities in the dive center, and the spa are also great. What impressed me the most is the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Special thanks to our butler Alia who helped us in every way responsively, Ane, who worked in the kids club and took great care of my son when my wife and I went for fun activities for 1 or 2 hours. Also to mention Dario, a Chinese girl who helped us voluntarily when we needed it :) I did not took down the names of staff in the dive center and photo studio unfortunately, but I got the strong sense that they did their best to bring us wonderful experience and memory. Every staff is friendly and will say hello to us. Many thanks to all of you. Cons: There are mosquitos near the trees, also flys in some open area restaurants. Not a bit deal and maybe it's hard to eliminate them in a big island like this, but just for others to know." ~Haozhe
