"Pros: Amazing place" ~Sara

"Pros: Central, Spacious, dishwasher and functional kitchen. Cons: The flat was not ready when we arrived. The double bed in the ensuite had its legs odly folded kept on folding when one is using it. Not safe.The head of the bed was dirty and we had to cover it as it disgusted us. As for the sink in the ensuite it was leaking and not clean. The extra bed in the living room had 3 broken slats. The wardrobe in the room leading to the living room was badly broken. Not safe. When I raised the issue the agency implied that we had caused damaged to the wardrobe when the dust in the craks and the paint to cover the damage show that it was an "old" issue. Eventually, after some time, Staff came to fix the sink and clean it.They also fixed the additional bed. The duvets were not cleaned. Overall we would have preferred finding a cleaner place. The person checking the flat should have checked the cleanliness and that no furniture was broken before putting it on the market. The communication should be easier also as it felt that the agency had too many places to take care of and we were just one more, not the best whatsaps exchange especially when they insisted on saying that all was ready before we arrived and implied we were at fault. They did apologise when I voiced my surprise and disapointment." ~Bernardos-castillo
