"Pros: Location is close to everything - night clubs especially - so I do recommend it only if you plan to party every night. It is right on top of a night club. Nearby stores work until late. Beach is close enough - can be reached by walking. Beach itself is a bit crowded and not the cleanest possible but it is still good. Apartment is large and can easily fit 4 people - there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single bed each. Each bedroom has blackout curtains - which, if you are a party person, can help sleep during the day. Apartment is easily accessible - you are provided instructions for self check-in. Cons: Instead of the advertised queen bed and 2 single beds, it instead features 4 single beds. While you can physically put 2 single beds together, it is still not a queen bed. Toaster didn't work. Living room/kitchen area does not have an A/C, only a fan. But the fan was shaking a lot even at the lowest setting and we thought it is safer to switch it off - it didn't appear safe to use. The sink in one of the bathrooms didn't work at all (water was barely dripping from the faucet). For these three issues we contacted the property and they said they may replace the toaster and fan, but they didn't. Apartment is extremely noisy at night because it is right on top of a night club - and not only you can hear the music, but you can also feel the vibrations from the club - even the cutlery in the drawers were trembling from the vibrations. Definitely unsuitable for kids - I believe it should be advertised for adults only and not allow children at all. One of the days water stopped entirely in one of the bathrooms around 1pm. We contacted the property but they didn't respond very quickly. 3 hours later water stopped in the second bathroom and the only running water was from the kitchen sink. Multiple messages went back and forth with the property until finally, after 11pm (around 10 hours after the initial problem) they sent someone to check and restart the pumps (which weren't in the apartment or at least I didn't see them). After a short while the shower and toilet in the bathroom with the not working sink were usable and about noon the next day the other bathroom also became functioning. (so it took a whole day for it to be fixed). They said they would send someone to fix the sink the next day but we left before that (we stayed 2 nights out of 4) so I don't know if they fixed it. Elevator and staircase lights didn't work for most of our stay there. Shower stalls are tiny and some of the side panels are broken." ~Maria

"Pros: Nothing Cons: The apartment does not correspond at all to the declared photos. There is mold on the wall of the corridor, the water in the bathroom does not flow through the sink, the sofas in the living room are dirty. We had to cover them with sheets just to sit. There is a night club in the building, it is impossible to sleep at night. Opposite the house there is a construction site that is noisy and it is impossible to rest during the day. The TV does not work, poor contact with the staff. The furniture in the kitchen is old, there were not enough dishes, then they took them away, we had to buy a frying pan, the ones that were in the apartment cannot be used, the coating is peeled off. "Pros: Large spacious rooms with big comfortable beds, great selection for breakfast & restaurant for later meals, located in central St Julian’s with great access to shops, bars, public transport etc., surprisingly well insulated from outside noise of clubs & bars at night time. Friendly & helpful staff at all times of day. Nice rooftop terrace area with pool Cons: Noise in corridors can be quite loud in rooms, rooms without a balcony lack natural light & we were unable to open our window fully without it getting stuck requiring staff member’s help." ~Liam
