"Pros: The location of the apartment is great and only a few minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were as helpful as possible throughout our stay. Cons: The air-conditioning was broken upon our arrival and was not fixed until the following day. The staff did get a fan for us, however this was not very effective in the middle of the summer. The bathroom door did not close properly, and the shower did not really go cool. We nearly got locked in the stairway upon our checkout as another tenant had locked the main downstairs door, and we left our key (as instructed) inside the apartment." ~Kyle

"Pros: Location, size of the apartment. It's OK for 2-3 nights, not more Cons: 4th floor without elevator. The apartment has wet and thin walls, so you can hear well the neighbours. Many things are worn down (washing machine, interior doors, kitchenware). After you book it you will be charged extra 50 eur for the cleaning (airbnb style)" ~Abramova
