"Pros: the room's equipment, fast elevator, good wifi, nice breakfast, helpful staff (For those who don't care about being very close to the beach, it's a good choice because it's a quieter area, and buses to all important places leave from the nearby bus stop.) "Pros: Nice powerful shower with just about enough hot water. Great kitchen facilities. Lots of storage. Nice quiet neighbourhood. Clean apartment. The host brought over more towels when we needed them, and arranged early check-in for us, which was really helpful. Cons: One of the rooms was too noisy to sleep in because whenever someone used a bathroom in the apartment above, it caused a really loud disruptive sound. The host communication before our stay wasn't the best. Quite a few times, when I emailed with a question (for example, asking about early check-in), my email and any follow-up emails were ignored. Sometimes, one question in the email would be responded to, while the other one was ignored. Twice, I had to call Booking.com customer service to chase up a response." ~L

"Pros: Room was simple but clean, I miss some small brush to clean the floor, and small lamps were not working, blicking all the time. The nearest bus stop 5-7 min by walk, that time (in January) was very calm. Cons: Could be a little bit more communication with owner in advance, not only evening before our flight., finally we got all we had needed." ~Hausova
