"Pros: Mark was professional, was a prompt and clear communicator, and most importantly was a very kind host. His English is fluent so communication was easy. I also saw him interacting with another guest who did not speak English or any other language that Mark could speak and he was patient and kind with them to find a way to communicate their needs. He is very approachable and will talk as much as you like. Also if you are the type who prefers their host to just leave them alone he is not invasive at all. I will stay here again whenever I return to Malta and absolutely recommend his place to everyone else. The one and only downside is that he may not have vacancy :) Cons: I don't have a single complaint. My only difficulty was that when I first got there I couldn't figure out how to open the door. There is a bit of a trick to it, but I actually figured out how to unlock it just fine. My problem was actually that I kept pulling on the door when it was a push to open door. I blame the fact that I hadn't slept in over 24 hours." ~Jared
