"Pros: Everything was great during my stay! The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and at home. It was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, which made a big difference. The breakfast was lovely, offering a great variety of options, and the coffee was absolutely fantastic! As a coffee lover, it's not always easy to find good coffee, but here, it was really top-notch. The location of the property was also perfect. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed, from dining to sightseeing. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it. Cons: The extra gym and pool facilities were not always available during my stay. I visited the pool, but it was not very clean. As for the gym, I attempted to access it multiple times over the course of three days, but the staff was not informed of the working hours, and the key cards to access the gym entrance didn’t work. On the day I was trying, I went back and forth to the reception more than four times in just a few minutes. It would have been greatly appreciated if someone had accompanied me after seeing me struggle so many times. When I finally managed to reach the pool area, which provides access to the gym, the key cards still didn’t work. Fortunately, someone kindly let me in, but when I reached the gym, it was locked with chains, despite being told it was open. I ended up wasting more than 20 minutes. This experience was quite frustrating, and I hope improvements can be made to ensure better access and communication in the future." ~Nina
