"Cons: I sent messages to the office and asked something responsible several times. However there has been no answer yet. Please refer to the message I sent below. ------- I have stayed here with bad experiences in Malta. As you know, there were some problems with facilities below, replaced two days later. No body soap No hairdryer No toaster However, here are more problems below. 1) No washing machine 2) Not working ventilation fans 3) Rusty kettle. I never used it. 4) Broken plug of the light on side table 5) almost broken door lock. Not safe. Poor security. 6) High Humidity and Musty smell. I could not sleep well and have had headache everyday. I have experienced unpleasant and inconvenient staying at your apartment. Because you gave so many wrong information and poor management. Those are totally your faults and responsibilities. I think you should do right thing for me. So I would like to require some refunds for compensation. What do you think about my complaints and request? What can you do for me?? Thanks. " ~My

"Pros: Excellent location- great roof top terraces with amazing views. Cons: Downstairs bathroom was very small and didn’t feel clean. The kitchen was ok but no natural light so it wasn’t a space that we spent any time in. The kettle and hair dryer didn’t work so we had to boil water in a pan to make a cup of tea. The spiral staircase was ok for us but many people would find it difficult. The key situation needed sorting as the same card key accessed both apartments on the same floor." ~Helen

"Pros: The location was great as well as the view from the roof. Malta was clean, safe and easy to explore. The residents and stores were so very nice. My recommendation is to study the map before you go so that you can navigate easily as soon as you get there. Bring portable chargers because the power is cut off to the room when you leave for the day. So, if you are trying to charge a tablet while you are out, isn’t going to happen through the outlet! I did miss a microwave to warm up left overs but we managed. That would be a nice addition instead of using pots and pans to warm. Hope to return again. Will recommend Cons: A microwave would have been helpful!" ~Katrina

"Pros: I am commenting on the lucky star flat in valletta, as the initial accommodation, the AG 1 changed management and we were offered the lucky star flat. The location is as convenient as a traveller might wish for. It is right in the historic center but in a quiet corner of it! It is spacious, modern with a fully equipped kitchen. The AC and the ceiling fan were very useful. The people from the leasing agency were super helpful and very quick to answer our emails. Cons: I am commenting on the lucky star flat as the AG 1 changed management and we were offered the lucky star flat. Some things were disappointing. The bed sheets were a bit stained and worn out, some of the furniture slightly battered, the window panels were dirty and the toiletries not enough (the soap was too thin and just a tiny bag of shampoo and shower gel)" ~Georgios
