Cons: On arrival, we realized that the property had not been cleaned. Coffee grounds remained in the coffee maker, pasta was crusted to bowls in the cabinet. The tables had crumbs, the toilet had sand. I cleaned the apartment myself for over an hour before we could get comfortable." ~Alberts
