A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Only 2 children (between 2 - 12years old) stay free of charge Additional children will be charged at a supplement of 20Eur per child (as from 13 years a child will be charged the adult rate)
