"Pros: The best part about the hotel is its staff, specially Jamila Ludwig and obryen they were amazing!!! The facility of the hotel is nice too. Good variety was good. Cons: Hygiene is not good in food and rooms. Towels are over used and can definitely be changed." ~Nada

"Pros: A perfect location to have spent the first few days of our honeymoon. We were surrounded by picturesque palms and enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening. Situated right on the beach front, we felt very safe and relaxed. Our comfortable seafront room came with a safe for our valuables, so no need to take these to the beach. There were plenty of sunbeds, with beach towels provided, and perfect for enjoying the lovely warm ocean or pools. It was a bonus to have access to kayaks and pedaloes included. The delicious food was extensive and varied and presented to a very high standard. Our only disappointments that slightly took the edge off the experience were the charges for drinking water, even at meals, which we found unbelievable. Also, I was happy to leave a generous tip to be shared between all the staff at the end of our stay as the staff were all very helpful, but at times the expectation to tip-as-you-go was a bit too much." ~David
