"Pros: The hotel has its own private pontoon with a beautiful view of the lagoon and kayaks which you can use for free (we took one out to watch the sunrise from the lagoon which was amazing). Eduardo is a great host and gave us a lot of good recommendations for the local area. He also arranged a brilliant catamaran sailing trip for us with Bacalar Sailing (with Valentina) which I’d definitely recommend. Breakfast was lovely. Cons: Nothing" ~Emma
