"Pros: Beautiful place, the pool area is lovely to chill after a long day at the lagoon. Room was perfect and beds comfortable. Special thanks to Luis, helped us book a lovely trip on the lagoon, always there to help us out if we needed anything! He gave us the best tip for dinner, we had a lovely time! Also thanks to Carlos! Recommend coming here if you want to stay in Bacalar. Cons: 10 min walk from the center, breakfast wasn’t great." ~Annelotte
