"Pros: Location was good. We could walk to most things. Staff at condominium building were great and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was fantastic. Also close to the beach. Bucerias is an animated city with lots of good restaurants and entertainment. Cons: Communication with rental company was difficult and very slow in comparaison with many rentals we have done in the past with booking.com. Shower head was not working properly, squirting water every where. The tempature of shower was not controlable. Either lukewarm or scalding hot. Plus the door was leaking. During our stay lots of construction around the area and right next door. Noise starts shortly after 7 am." ~Francine

"Pros: Good location. Staff was exceptional Cons: Construction of new towers behind, beside and across the street Need to remedy their hot water station, water gets scalding hot, then within a minute or 2 it’s cold again. Construction in the entire area is crazy busy. New buildings every block" ~Kirk
