"Pros: The location was excellent! Walking distance to Medano Beach, the Marina, many restaurants and a Cabo Brewery
The host and cleaning staff were very friendly
The roof top deck saved the vacation, we spent hours on the deck everyday. There was a mini fridge, a sink and barbecue on the deck. ( but no cooking utensils)
Cons: I hate writing bad reviews but this accommodation was such a disappointment. It’s a bedroom with a bathroom, refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster oven. I have stayed in studio suites before but this is nothing more than a bedroom.
It was advertised as a having a private pool but the pool was for the entire complex and the water was freezing so nobody used it.
No view from the room, you couldn’t see outside.
The room is tired, it could be a budget friendly room if the price reflected it.

"Pros: We loved the location of the property! literally just walked across the road and thru the fiesta hotel driveway and we were in the heart of the marina! Literally a 2 min walk.
The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in from our entire 6 week vacation.
The property owners were delightful to deal with and kept in touch via WhatsApp informing me of things I needed to know and responding to my questions quickly. We were a family of three with our adult daughter taking the bedroom and we had the bed in the main area which was not a bother for us at all as we were out all day and only in accom for short durations to rest up ready for the evening events. I highly recommend Patty and Alex’s Cabo hidden gem accommodation for a couple or couple with one adult child.
Our stay was an enjoyable one to say the least. We went out on a Marlin charter boat with our son who resides in Cabo. We had the best day and we all caught a Marlin! Such an amazing day out at sea. We saw pods of dolphins swimming and jumping alongside the boat and even saw a few tail whipping and jumping whales! An amazing sight to see. Our days were filled with adventure. We hired quad bikes and went out on a ranch about half hour drive from town. That was amazing. The view was spectacular. We dined at a variety of different restaurants every night. We drove out to Todos Santos and dined at the secluded Green Room on the beach. Bookings a must.
We also drove out to San Jose del Cabo and went to the art walk markets. Held weekly on a Thursday and dined at Flora Farms to Table restaurant where bookings are also a must and I highly recommend the pork chop. Cabo’s marina is bustling with street hagglers but I found it quite expensive for what I thought México was but then again it’s in an area of wealth.
Cons: The height of the bed in the bedroom would be too high to accommodate small children safely."
