"Pros: Good value and a great location. Walking distance to super mercado 28 and the bus terminal for the airport shuttle. Apartment is comfortable and well furnished and staff responded quickly to messages. Cons: The apartment needs some repair. I reported some items to staff and while they replied promptly, they did not address any of them nor explain why they did not. The biggest problem was the AC unit in the second bedroom did not work making the room unusable. Other small issues: Bathroom sink faucet is loose, the TV remote needs fresh batteries. The TV was basically unusable." ~Ken

"Pros: I like everything. Very comfortable for staying. I was there one week. Perfect for this price. Near supermarket and bus stop. Many restaurants. Only one thing was is no hot water. But I think it's a part of life in Cancun. There was cleaning during my staying. Thank you" ~Irina

"Pros: We were only there for one day but the location was good, easy walk to the ADO and shops, the staff were very helpful, beds were comfortable, and it had everything you needed. Cons: Could possibly do with some blankets on the beds instead of just sheets, but that's typical around here and beds were still very comfy!" ~Nicole
