"Pros: We wanted to be in the city, not by the beach, and this property is good for that. Very-very nice and safe neighborhood with big supermarket about 18 minute walk going east in "Plaza de las Americas". Costco is about the same distance going in the opposite direction. A convenience store is a block away going south. There are restaurants around at walking distance. We shared bathroom facilities but that is not an issue in this property: toilet, shower, and sinks are all independent of each other. The bedroom is simple but well appointed, nice closets. There is no safe in the room but we felt there was no need for one because all rooms have a lock and there are very few people around. The ladies in charge seem to be there 24/7. The kitchen is very nice and they provide drinking water in the kitchen. We did not use the swimming pool but there is a table by the pool, a nice place to eat and relax. If you want to be in the city and not by the beach then I recommend this place.
Cons: Water condensates in the refrigerator and it pools a little bit on the shelfs inside the refigerator, There is no TV in the rooms but that was not an issue for us."

This villa is absolutely beautiful and true to all of the photos! There is a washer and dryer in the house which aren't advertised in the booking but work perfectly fine! So just know that there is a place within the house to wash your clothes if you need to! :) The location of this villa is in a very safe, quiet neighborhood as well with lots of amazing restaurants, cafés and shopping centers nearby! There is a huge mall only a ten minute walk away called the Las Americas mall with a huge grocery story within it for all of your shopping needs!
Aside from all of the excellent restaurants, shopping centers and etc. around this location, the house itself has three floors with three bedrooms and four working bathrooms. Three of the bathrooms have their own working showers and all rooms in the house have working air conditioners to help keep you cool all throughout the house. The kitchen is so absolutely beautiful with lots of cupboard space and even a pantry to store everything! :) The pool outside is shared to the surrounding houses from within the Sereia Luxury Villas but, my boyfriend and I went swimming almost every day and no one else from the surrounding villas did at the same time as us so, it was as though the pool was private! :) I love all of the bedrooms, I love all of the furniture and the vibe that this entire villa gives off. I truly just love everything about this villa and I'm so in-love with this entire place! đ Everything works just fine in the house and the host is a lovely, trust-worthy woman! I did feel a little sketched out at first only because there aren't that many reviews for this house and the host wants you to pay in cash vs via Booking.com. I decided to try it out regardless because the villa is just too beautiful for the low rate it's at. It was absolutely worth the money and this is going to be the only place I stay from now on whenever I visit CancĂșn, MĂ©xico! đ§Ąđïž

Cons: There was no hot shower. The boiler has to turn on manual, but the host didnât say it before we stay. We didnât have hot shower in entire staying.
Also, the WIFI couldnât connect sometimes."
