"Pros: When we checked in, we were told by the staff we had to return to property before 9 pm ,we have to clean the hotel room ,or they charge extra.My wife had to buy a broom and a mop ,cleaning supplies Refrigeration units were leaking, Freon, gas ,caused headaches,the room was dirty the floors all the kitchen utensils, plate pans, only 2 for cooking ,we clean before they used, dust on all the shelves, cobwebs,dead cockroaches, bedding was stained. The price changed from Canadian dollars, $332 for the three nights to 4956 pesos the tax was 20% not 16% what’s the additional 2%$ 413.00.
The good part was the swimming pool And the ocean
Cons: The list is long I’m not happy. I think somebody from booking.com should contact me as soon as possible You need to check on your suppliers as to what they supply, as they are to lie to you and visitors The first night I wanted to change our booking to another hotel, but this is impossible. The money was already stepped nonrefundable. This is no good. I never use booking.com before in my life, other than the flights the flights were good, I find out from locals that this hotel is bad for local business and is better to book locally for twice the product value I typed in what I didn’t like in the like section.
