"Pros: It was a nice and newer cabin, very clean. Owner was very friendly and had lots of suggestions on what to do around this area. Cons: It was a pretty cold night, so at least one or two fire wood loads included would not be bad (we paid add. $100 mxn per load). And maybe a carpet or two in the room could help the coziness, because the floor was tiled. The main metal door didn't help either to keep the cabin warmer. Didn't have wifi !!!" ~Andy

"Pros: The breakfast was an excellent mexican breakfast, homemade on the spot. Cons: From the hotels side, I would emphasize, that there is no restaurant at the hotel. I think they do, but it is not emphasized. There is though places to eat for lunch and afternoon close by and the hotel is very willing and kind to direct you to those places. The hotel is in an area with not a lot of other things and it is not so interesting. It is though only a few minutes away from los prismos basalticos and a small half hour from Huasca de Ocampo." ~Mads
