"Pros: Nice beach, room was large, good service from some staff. Cons: We stayed two nights. Because of the rule that you have to reserve dinner in person at 9:30 AM it was impossible on the day of check in at 3 PM, and we missed the chance again because we went on a tour the 2nd day. Instead we had to dine at the buffet which was overall pretty bad food. They say the reservations are full but walking past the restaurant at 7 pm, over half the tables were empty. The beach club was crowded as well with not enough seats on the beach. Generally, there is a feeling of limited resources being available that you have to fight for, rather than a feeling of things being all inclusive. It also gets tiresome waiting for shuttles to the beach or rooms up the hill. Feels like you're waiting for city transportation." ~Kenneth
