"Pros: The location is great I walking or cycling distance to the city center. Only one block away there is on of the best Fish Taco restaurants of LA Paz. Around the corner is an Oxxo, a bike shop, a good tortilleria and a purificador. The house itself is spacious with a wonderful courtyard. It has AC in all three bedrooms. Everything is very clean and nice. Laundry machine is available. Cons: Everything was perfect" ~Ricarda

"Pros: -The city -My family. (Whom we did not have the opportunity to meet all together d/t the below explanation.) -i liked the pictures on Booking.com.and it promised to pro used what I was looking for to gather with over 20 fam members for pool parties and dinners, unfortunately promised advertisement expectations not met at all.. I have pictures of my own and plan to follow with action for money back, including poop on pool deck wrapped in toilet paper that my guests had to clean. Cons: -Run-down house, broken & unusable amenities; falsely advertised as it didn't provide AC in the shared/gathering living areas. Pool deck area broken and dangerous. Photos provided in the advertisement are incongruent with actual state of the place. Bedding & towels provided for 5 people not 10 until day 6, As well as bowls and couch missing. -we had no AC for 50%of our stay in our lower level bedroom and not at all, ever in the common areas. The admin didn't act until threatened with action on day 6 for the inhumane living condition in 40° weather. -we did not hold gatherings as planned to use the premises with family who gathered in this city from three different parts of the world d/t extreme heat in the house and were unable to cook inside as it would increase the heat in the home. We had to cook once a day in AM on one element on the BBQ. Filthy old cookwear, unusable. Etc, etc. -Admin didn't provide access instructions until the night before when pressed to do so. And we're not let in until 2 hours later than agreed on Booking.com email at 3pm. More pictures and conversation with admin provided upon your request. -I am Strongly Requesting my money BACK." ~Mavelle
