"Pros: The house was nicely decorated,very modern. Cons: the toilet leaked, some lights were out. They promised toiletries and water, and they only left sopa. No shampoo. They have a coffee machine, and they didn't leave any coffee. They require you to take out the trash, yet they don't leave any trash bags. We added 2 people last minute and the lady couldn't even leave extra toilet paper. And she was harassing me for payment. Even thought I let her know we would deposit the amount as soon as I had a chance. Then she threatened me with canceling my reservation if payment was not transfered. The terrace were they have the jacuzzi was dark, the lights didn't work and it was before 8pm so that they don't excuse themselves that they turn off the lights after 8pm. The gate to get into the house was very dificil to open. They have two outside gates in the parking lot and only one works. I won't be returning. Next time ll visit I will stay at a hotel for better service. This is a new apartment and the pillow were awful. Super soft and felt like they needed to be replaced. Thet didn't have extra sheets, it was a bit Chilly. They have washer and dryer and they didn't add a single load sample like most places offer" ~Laura
