"Pros: The staff is always so helpful with any questions or concerns. The room was cleaned daily and the breakfast varied, but was always good. Public areas such as the pool and terrace are kept clean and nice for lounging. Cons: Nothing." ~Greg

"Pros: Liked the location Cons: Room 503 needs new pillows and blanket . Blanket was ripped for paying that much needs updating . Air condition broke twice leaked all over floor . Wifi so slow couldnt watch netflicks or even use wifi wouldnt load anything. The door jam was broken into could have opened door with credit card . Did not feel safe . Been in other rooms in this resort so much more beautiful and clean . Room 503 needs upgrade. For the problems had to message host the tramonto staff does not help which sucked ." ~Varvara
