"Pros: Liked the location Cons: Room 503 needs new pillows and blanket . Blanket was ripped for paying that much needs updating . Air condition broke twice leaked all over floor . Wifi so slow couldnt watch netflicks or even use wifi wouldnt load anything. The door jam was broken into could have opened door with credit card . Did not feel safe . Been in other rooms in this resort so much more beautiful and clean . Room 503 needs upgrade. For the problems had to message host the tramonto staff does not help which sucked ." ~Varvara

"Pros: We did not have running water, took forever to have someone accommodate us. Even then it was a huge inconvenience to shower in another room!! Cons: have running water!!" ~Angelica
