"Pros: The property is 4 blocks from the main plaza. It is a very safe area.
Cons: The description to get inside the property was terrible. They tried to cancel me because I asked for help. After I showed them what was in the description and what was real .. they said they would change the description. Do not expect to get an early checkin. They will not even discuss the entry prior to 3pm on the day. I was told, just to go to a coffee shop and wait. Even tho I could clearly see no one was in the unit.
The internet was poor. If you travel for business, its just too slow.
The A/C was broken for two days before anyone came.
Worst of all, the toilet was not working, and for 6 days NO one came to fix. I had to use a bucket to flush
There is NO cleaning services the entire time. I was given a set of sheets, and had to change on my own. I was not given one clean towel after the original ones. - I was there for 23 days.
There are much better properties for way less that are only 2 blocks away. However, I had pre-paid."
