"Pros: The room, sleeping area and location. On the ground floor with a little patio and the heated pool a few steps away. Close to the public bus and beach access. The host's Rep was helpful and responsive. Cons: Lack of cooking and eating utensils." ~Robert

"Pros: The house was as pictured, clean and confortable. It is about a 20 to 40 minute drive from El Malecón depending on traffic. Away from all the noise and nightlife in a private subdivision. Kitchen has everything as far as utensils, dishes and cookware. Microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Beds are comfortable and it does have ac which is very necessary in the summer. Cons: We arrived around 2am give or take. Maps took Us to the sales office not the actual subdivision, We messaged and called Host and got no answer. We googled actual subdivision and were able to find correct address, upon arrival keypad was not working. Not sure if it was programed incorrectly, I have stayed at many Airbnbs and never had an issue. Once again We tried to contact Host and got no answer through text or call. I had to call Booking.Com directly for help which they provided immediately. Once they got a hold of Host He called Us but was upset that we were checking in so late and were bothering Him. I understand it was late but had keypad been working we would not have had to contact Booking for help. I did get upset as well because of His attitude and He said He would cancel reservation but at 2am we had no other choice. He did end up programing keypad and we were able to get in. He did text to apologize about His attitude next day but also mentioned that We bothered Him too late at night. No complaints about home itself but because of Host I would not stay there again." ~Catalina
